Silver Membership Overview
Smartshare's Silver Membership is our entry level membership for those vacationers whose finances may be struggling but still want the quality vacation experience that comes from staying in Luxury Resort Condominiums. This membership is designed to help you stretch your hard earned dollars as far as possible. As a Smartshare Vacations Member you have access to Luxury Resort Condominiums instead of Hotels and Motels.
Smartshare Vacations Members get the absolute best of both worlds. With the lowest pricing and nicest accommodations its no wonder they call it SMART. When you vacation with Smartshare its like having a 2nd home in the nicest part of town instead of studio apartment in the business loop.
As a Silver Member you will gain access to our Hot List inventory which is a bi-monthly publication that list both domestic and international destinations. The Hot List is Comprised of hundreds of properties and thousands of listings, Hot List vacation weeks are highly discounted to help you get the most from your money spent. With the average retail costs of these Luxury resorts going from $1,400 to $3,600 a week, Members can get access to these same properties starting as low as $99 for 8 days and 7 nights and never exceeding more than $599 for the week, Hot List properties are the deepest discounts in the world of wholesale Vacations.
Smartshare Vacations does not mark up their properties, they give them to at their cost which is why the values are so incredible. For this reason, Smartshare Vacations charges a $49 booking fee on each vacation you take, however, when you sign up, you receive 2 booking fees for free. As a Silver Member if you want to vacation outside the Hot List of properties and do advanced bookings and special reservations like our Gold Members there is an additional $50 advanced booking fee for each special request.

Limitations and Restrictions
The Hot List of vacation properties is designed to work on a first come first serve basis. The Hot List is based on supply and demand and there is a never a guarantee that a particular property that you may want to visit will show up on the list during the week you want to take your vacation. However, with thousands of properties to chose from on each list and with a new list coming out every 21 days your option are very good. However, what this means is that even though the Hot List can save you thousands of dollars on each and every vacation, some scheduling flexibility may be required.
